1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Overwatch Mapping website (the "Site") and any related information, content, or communications. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Overwatch Mapping

Overwatch Mapping ("we", "us", or "our") provides drone mapping, aerial inspection, and related geospatial services from 800 N High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use any automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content without our written consent.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Site content and accuracy

Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, engineering, surveying, legal, or other advice. We aim to keep content accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for a written services engagement with us.

5. Services scope

Any service we provide is governed by a separately agreed scope of work, proposal, or services agreement between Overwatch Mapping and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms, and no contract is formed until both parties sign a written engagement.

Drone-derived outputs — including imagery, orthomosaics, thermal screenings, 3D models, and inspection records — are intended to support decision-making by qualified personnel. They do not replace ground inspection, engineering assessment, or specialist evaluation. Findings should be reviewed by appropriately qualified asset, engineering, or safety personnel before any action is taken.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, images, and arrangement, is owned by or licensed to Overwatch Mapping and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables produced under a services engagement are governed by that engagement.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overwatch Mapping and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Liability for services we provide is governed by the relevant services engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overwatch Mapping and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
